It's as simple as copy and pasting an email and calling it a day. This will work and it can get your company in front of millions of people.

Let's get started with the B2B email format. In the top left hand corner of your email, you want to put the name of your company and in big bold print, you want to write the name of your company. Don't forget to add "UNDERSTANDING HOW TO" to the top of the first paragraph. That will ensure that your readers will really understand your email.
